If we then situate this scenario on the trend of pauperization of the society, not necessarily as claimed to be the fault of past administrations, but by the failure of the world system to repose adequate entrepreneurial confidence on our polity, we can rightly urge that the exclusion principles, result of which is abject poverty, ought to leave us out of the coming global village.
